HVAC Services is proud to be picked as one of the lead mechanical contractors for the redevelopment of Pineland. Pineland was purchased by the Libra Foundation in June of 2000. A master plan was developed for the renovation of this landmark facility. Over 260,000 square feet of office space was created from the renovation of 19 buildings on more than 2000 acres. This campus includes such amenities as:

This beautiful campus is surrounded by some of Maine’s most stunning views. The campus is situated in a rural setting among the rolling hills of New Gloucester over looking the White Mountains.
Pineland Center was established in 1908 to serve as a home for the mentally handicapped. Pineland had seen many high and difficult low points throughout its 88 year existence. In 1996 Pineland closed its doors for good. Its 28 buildings in desperate need of renovation some so bad they had to be torn down. The farm that once help support the center was replaced with three new buildings that now house cattle, cows, pigs, llamas, sheep and chickens.
